Constant spindle ply making machine

Work Principle:

This machine turns the high-count yarns into strands by winding from the opposite twisting direction of the yarn. In operation, the bobbin keeps rotating by itself and and has reciprocating motion without rotating along with the main shaft. That is why it is called constant spindle ply making machine.

Function:

This machine is widely used in rope making industries with sisal, jute, plastic, nylon as raw material. It turns the yarns and threads into plies.
